FAQ
The Fabled Gnome’s Book of Questions
Chapter I: Practical Magic
Are your gnomes and fairy houses really hand-painted?
Each is lovingly hand-painted, meaning no two are ever alike. Just like snowflakes and secrets, every one is unique.
Can they live outdoors?
Yes! They adore fresh air and sunshine. A bit of shade and shelter from storms keeps them happy. Remember: trolls envy their charm, so best keep watch.
What are they made of?
Each gnome and fairy house is carefully 3D printed with eco-friendly PLA, a material spun from corn and sugarcane. Strong yet kind to the earth, it gives our little folk sturdy bones while keeping their spirits light. Once printed, every detail is hand-painted, turning them into one-of-a-kind treasures.

Chapter II: Matters of the Garden
Will the paint fade outside?
Over time, a touch of weathering may give them a wise, traveled look. A clear protective coat works like a spell of preservation.
How do I care for them?
A gentle wipe with a damp cloth is all they need. Whispers of encouragement are optional… but recommended.
How are they packaged?
Safe and snug, wrapped as though they were treasures being sent through fairy post.

Chapter III: Traveling Folk
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, dear wanderer. For now, our gnomes and fairy houses stay close to home, finding roots in local gardens only. Who knows, one day their adventures may cross borders, but until then, their magic remains nestled here.
How long do they take to arrive?
Most begin their journey within 2-3 business days. Their pace is swift, though sometimes they linger to admire the scenery along the way.

Chapter IV: Gifts & Gatherings
Can I give them as presents?
Absolutely. They arrive with charm enough to make anyone smile. A handwritten note from the “Fairy Post” can be added on request.
Do you create custom gnomes or fairy houses?
Not at the moment, but our collection is always growing. Follow along for new arrivals—you never know what little folk will turn up next!
Can I share photos of them in their new home?
Yes! The little folk love to be admired. Tag us and let them show off their new adventures.

Chapter V: Folklore & Whispers
Do gnomes really move at night?
Some say yes—tools misplaced, footprints in the soil, a cookie gone missing. Only night-watchers know the truth.
Will fairies really visit a fairy house?
Legend insists they cannot resist a cozy home. If your flowers bloom brighter, you’ll know you’ve had guests.
What happens if I ignore the folklore warnings?
Best not to find out… gardens have been known to grow too wild, socks go missing, and laughter echoes with no one in sight.
